Pre-call prep
The agent briefs the rep on the account, checks outstanding actions from the last visit, coaches toward a specific objective, and offers a role-play before the gate.
What's in this demo
Everything shown here is working and demonstrated in this build. This is not a concept — it is a functioning prototype built to show what a production version of Sauti would do for Kenchic's field sales and technical team.
In the car
The agent briefs the rep on the account, checks outstanding actions from the last visit, coaches toward a specific objective, and offers a role-play before the gate.
Sauti pushes back on vague objectives until the rep has something specific — who, what, and by when. The SMART objective carries forward into the post-call automatically.
The agent draws on a live knowledge base — products, dosage, protocols, technical guidance — and answers questions accurately in the ten minutes before they are needed.
The agent becomes the farm manager. It raises the difficult questions — mortality, pricing, harvest timing — and responds realistically to how the rep handles them.
After the visit the agent debriefs the rep, holds them to their objective, catches every commitment made in the yard, and closes with a clean summary before they reach the next gate.
Between visits the agent surfaces open commitments, answers questions, drafts messages that appear on screen while the conversation keeps flowing. Hands-free, all in the car.
What gets captured
Every visit starts with a coached, specific objective on record — not whatever the rep said first.
Mortality changes, product interventions, health signals — captured against the account with context, not as a free-text note.
Every promise made in the yard is caught in the moment, confirmed back, and saved with a due date. The general assistant surfaces them before they are missed.
Competitor activity, farmer sentiment, market signals — structured and captured as a CRM field, not buried in prose.
A read on the state of the relationship after every visit — trust level, open tension, opportunity being built.
Every session generates a coaching note alongside the CRM record. Managers see a pattern across visits, not just a transcript.
The development system
Manager and rep agree focus areas for the quarter. Sauti weaves coaching toward those areas invisibly in every session — the rep gets a sharper conversation, the manager gets a development record that makes the next one-to-one worth having. See the Development tab for the full picture.
